Learn how to invert, build core strength, and improve overall mobility and flexibility with the diverse ways we use this incredible apparatus. Our class moves slower, and we take time to explain new skills. There is never pressure to try anything you don’t feel comfortable attempting. Join us to have fun, feel empowered, and improve your fitness. Our class ends with a grounding and mindfulness practice that is the perfect cool-down for mind & body.
