Join Kate Dalrymple for a weekend 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training March 7th through May 23rd, 2020. Upon completion of the certification, you'll emerge with didactic knowledge of Raja Yoga, also known as the eight-limbed path of Yoga.
Dive into the "Yoga Sutras by Patanjali". The Yoga Sutras are systematically outlined and divided into the following eight (ashta) limbs (anga). Deepen your own yoga practice and learn how to to incorporate them into day-to-day life to feel more fulfilled, giving your life's intensions more meaning.
Follow the YAMAs (self-restraint) and the NIYAMAS (attitudes towards yourself and others) . Your physical body will be stronger, more flexible and supple through our (asana) posture practice.
Additionally, we'll learn breath control (pranayama), sense-withdrawal (pratyahara), concentration (dharana), meditation on the Divine (Dhyana), and union with the Divine (Samadhi).
