Emerging from inside life and connecting to nature again can be really rejuvenating. Feel the solar energy! Take time to stop and feel the sun. Breathe the air and connect to all as one.
Yinyasa | All Levels Yoga | 75 Mins
We hold our postures a little longer in Yinyasa. A few gentle Vinyasas provide a welcomed contrast to our longer held asanas. Align the physical body with asana. Balance the energetic body with guided meditation. We observe the Samana Vayu and twisting postures to explore our theme of nourishment, balance and purification.

Gentle Slow Flow Yoga
Great for beginners, or anyone who is looking for a gentle, slowly flowing Yoga class. This video features personal modifications and emphasizes integrating mind, body, spirit, and breath–all within a playful, safe environment. Together, we come into the breath and quiet the mind as we find steadiness in asana. All are encouraged to accept the beauty of their practice without needing to achieve anything other than coming into the present moment and truly experiencing it.
