Learn Twists & Forward Fold Yoga Poses

Service Description

Examine the anatomy and kinesiology to learn twists & forward fold yoga poses. Through discussion, demonstration, and group practice we’ll establish anatomical maps to create safe alignment and identify movement dysfunction in our pose families. Modifications and props will be demonstrated for safer practice, and the lead trainer will offer gentle, hands-on assistance so that participants can experience alignment objectively.
