Feel more confident and empowered on the mat in our Asana Series workshop & continuing education classes. Join in-person or online for our hands-on exploration of standing & balancing poses we’ll analyze the body’s alignment in Mountain Pose by establishing key anatomical maps that can be applied as a template for all asana. Through discussion, demonstration, and participation we’ll apply our knowledge of Mountain Pose to the other pose families. -You’ll gain a practical working knowledge for baseline asana alignment that can be applied to every pose. -Learn the main anatomical action in each pose family for greater alignment efficacy. -Find more accessibility and adaptive methods to ensure a sustainable practice for many years to come. Our workshop and continuing education is for grads of 200-Hour YTTs & yoga teachers. RYTs will earn 3 CE hours with the Yoga Alliance to maintain their registration. Our 3 hour workshop is $30. *A Zoom link is available with registration for those who wish to attend online.
Spaces are limited. Please cancel classes if you can not attend. Charges will be applied for no-shows. No exceptions. Kula Yoga & Barre reserves the right to cancel classes and change the schedule at anytime.
You must cancel 3 hours before class or you will be subject to $20 charge and forfeit that class from your pass. Our spaces are very limited for social distancing. Please be mindful that space could have been used by another person. Please cancel your reservation if you can not attend. Trapeze - may cancel up to 2 hours before class starts. Late cancelations and no-shows will be subject to a late fee of $10 or for no-show the cost of a drop-in pass = $22.
