Service Description

Would you like to deepen your understanding of Yoga Flow, meditation and breath-work to create transformative experiences on the mat? Join us for some quality self-care time being guided through the basics of how to approach a breathe-centered Vinyasa Yoga & Meditation practice. This workshop will cover: Sun Salutations, including a breakdown of each pose in the sequence, as well as an introduction to the how/why of Breathwork & Meditation. When: Friday, March 1st 12:30p-3p. Cost $30 for 90-minute workshop *Please bring a mat if you have one and water.
