Service Description

The Kula Barre Method Class is a thoughtfully sequenced 60 minute class designed to be an effective, safe and challenging class. Our Kula Barre Method class will tone and sculpt your body, build balance, grace and flexibility. With 3 classes a week it will bring out your strongest you! The class flow is intelligently sequenced to safely and effectively layer exercises to build intensity or let you dial the pace to a level that feels good for you. All classes include cardio, core, strength training, arms, legs, buns and balance. We stretch throughout class to improve flexibility and cool down with a Yoga inspired sequence. Barre infuses Ballet Barre, Mat Pilates and Yoga. All levels are welcome and no experience is needed. Try it!
