Mindful Walk & Yoga

Service Description

In observance of Mental Health Awareness Month, Kula Yoga & Wellness is leading a mindful walk and yoga practice at Green Hill Park in Worcester, MA. Our event is free and open to everyone. The Agenda: Meet us Saturday, May 18th at 3pm in parking lot C at Green Hill Park in Worcester to explore the Green Hill Loop Trail. It’s generally considered an easy loop, about 1.7 miles, and it takes an average of 41 minutes to complete. After our nature walk we’ll choose a grassy space to settle in for a 30-minute gentle yoga practice that will also include grounding breath-work and guided meditation. Please wear comfortable walking shoes or hiking boots, bring water, a yoga mat, and select green articles of clothing to honor mental health awareness. We’ll have a few extra mats to lend if needed.
