A few series of gentle, mindful flows will be thoughtfully sequenced to release tension from the body’s somatic tissue body. Postures are held for a series of breaths using props for support and ease of movement. Once the body is relieved of stress and aligned we can begin to use guided awareness and breath-work to quiet the mind and cultivate peace. This slow, meditative practice is the perfect way to prepare your body & mind for a deep, restful sleep. Class is appropriate for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.
Spaces are limited. Please cancel classes if you can not attend. Charges will be applied for no-shows. No exceptions. Kula Yoga & Barre reserves the right to cancel classes and change the schedule at anytime.
You must cancel 3 hours before class or you will be subject to $20 charge and forfeit that class from your pass. Our spaces are very limited for social distancing. Please be mindful that space could have been used by another person. Please cancel your reservation if you can not attend. Trapeze - may cancel up to 2 hours before class starts. Late cancelations and no-shows will be subject to a late fee of $10 or for no-show the cost of a drop-in pass = $22.
