Service Description

We’ve merged Yoga & Barre for a fusion workout and mindfulness practice to strengthen the mind, body & soul. Elements from barre, vinyasa yoga flow, and mat Pilates will tone muscles, elevate your heart rate and increase your metabolism. Dynamic movements are combined with strength-building props like: hand weights, resistance bands and Pilates balls to give you a full body workout. We end class with a restorative and grounding hip-opening yoga segment for you to let go, and bask in the glow from your time on the mat.
