Yoga Trapeze class begins with a mindful and grounding warm-up, followed by upper body conditioning, inversions, hip mobility, and core strengthening. You’ll gain agility, flexibility, and build all-over strength while having fun! Class ends with a peaceful savasana. Our class is for all-levels! We have adaptive and alternative options for every pose. Class is led in a pressure-free environment and we encourage everyone to only move in a way that feels good!
Spaces are limited. Please cancel classes if you can not attend. Charges will be applied for no-shows. No exceptions. Kula Yoga & Barre reserves the right to cancel classes and change the schedule at anytime.
You must cancel 3 hours before class or you will be subject to $20 charge and forfeit that class from your pass. Our spaces are very limited for social distancing. Please be mindful that space could have been used by another person. Please cancel your reservation if you can not attend. Trapeze - may cancel up to 2 hours before class starts. Late cancelations and no-shows will be subject to a late fee of $10 or for no-show the cost of a drop-in pass = $22.
