Yoga Trapeze for Beginners
Learn the basics of the Yoga Trapeze
Sunday, January 7th from 2-4pm learn the yoga trapeze in a 2-hour session designed to introduce new participants to the practice of yoga trapeze. In this class, students will be guided through the basics of the yoga trapeze and learn a series of gentle and accessible poses using it as a prop for support and stability. The class will focus on building familiarity with the apparatus, strength, flexibility, and body awareness. In a safe and supportive environment, you'll gain a solid foundation for further exploration of the yoga trapeze.
