People love the Yoga Trapeze for inversions to reduce back pain. It also builds grip strength, upper body strength, and core strength. It’s an effective tool to strengthen the whole posterior chain while improving full body flexibility and joint mobility.

The way we utilize traction and suspension is different from how we move on the mat. Learn how to create safe practices for you and your students with our trapeze anatomy training. You'll also learn how to sequence appropriately for safe, polished and cohesive classes.

The training dates are from 12-5p, Sunday, Oct 1st, Saturday 10/7, Sunday 10/8, Saturday 10/14. Saturday 10/21, and Sunday, 10/22, 2023.
