The techniques learned in our challenge will improve your Barre practice and beyond!! You'll also gain a sense of empowerment and accomplishment by achieving your goals. Commit to the challenge for enrichment and to bring-out the best you! There’s no equipment needed, so this is a perfect program to do anywhere, anytime. However, if you want to increase the intensity you may add free weights or a resistance band around your thighs for the squats. For accessibility, use a wall, chair, or barré for support. The challenge consists of 6 squats, which make up one set.
