Feel more confident and empowered on the mat by looking at the body’s alignment in Mountain Pose, and apply that as a template for all yoga poses. In our hands-on exploration of standing, balancing, and stabilizing yoga poses, we’ll reinforce this concept through discussion, demonstration, and participation. With this technique, discover more accessibility, and alignment efficacy to ensure a sustainable practice for many years. Our workshop and continuing education are for all-levels of yoga students.
