About the event

Take 21 classes in-studio or online during the month of February at Kula Yoga & Barre. Taking on this challenge is about a making personal commitment to your self-care. It might seem intimidating if you're not accustomed to making time for yourself every day. 

You will have unlimited access to ALL of our studio and virtual classes with this challenge. After completion your achievement will be highlighted in our community (if you choose) Also, you will have an exclusive offer to continue your wellness journey for the next 3 months at the discounted rate of $150! We have a special, private online group set-up for our February challenge participants. You will not be alone doing this. We're all in it together and together we will succeed. 

This is open to new and current members and Kula Yoga & Barre. New members will have a month of unlimited classes. Existing members with class passes will use their unlimited pass in February and save their passes. It includes all of previous benefits mentioned. 

The challenge is designed to get you on the mat regularly. Sometimes it's hard with family, friends and work to make the time. Our 21-day wellness challenge can help you build confidence in your ability to prioritize yourself. The benefits of our classes will typically be felt any time you join us, but creating a regular routine helps you to enjoy those benefits on a regular basis. The effects of a consistent wellness routine will improve your health and mood. Getting on the mat helps us to stay cool and manage all of the things life throws at us!

In addition to improved strength and flexibility, you may also notice other transformations such as improved mood and better sleep. Yoga has been proven to help decrease anxiety and lessen depression. 

Our challenge will encourage practice at least 3 days a week. Choose to make your self-care a priority with us. It's just a month. You can do this!
