Service Description

Our class explores the anatomy of the subtle body as it relates to yoga asana, and in maintaining your wellbeing. Attendees will learn about the origins of this ancient knowledge. Through discussion and mindfulness practices, we’ll explore prana, the chakras, nadis, and the aura. Discover practical ways to apply this information to your yoga asana and wellness practices to create inner balance for improved physical and mental health.
