Service Description

Create a moving meditation practice in our two-hour class focused on a breath-centered yoga asana practice. Attendees will learn through discussion, demonstration and practice how to link their breath to their movements in the ancient flowing practice of Sun Salutations. Participants learn alignment for each pose in the sequence and how to adapt the sequence for accessibility. The combination of attentive alignment and mindful breathing creates a transformative experience of the mat.
