Our Intro to Restorative Yoga class guides participants through restorative yoga poses with the support of props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. Restorative yoga is a therapeutic practice that calms the mind and body, allowing for healing and restoration of body, mind, and spirit.
