Intro to Restorative Yoga

In this workshop, you will be guided through restorative yoga poses, with the support of props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks. Throughout the workshop, you will be encouraged to focus on your breath to cultivate a sense of inner peace and stillness. This practice is suitable for all levels, including those recovering from injury or illness, and can be especially beneficial for those experiencing stress, anxiety, or insomnia. Participants will learn modifications and adjustments to ensure that each pose is safe and accessible and adaptable for all needs.
