Service Description

Our specialized class explores the family of standing & balance yoga poses, and attendees will gain knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and functional movement. The techniques are presented through discussion, demonstration, and practice to empower participants with knowledge and confidence when adapting poses for improved accessibility while ensuring alignment and pose efficacy. Our three-hour class is offered through discussion, demonstration, and practice.
