Learn Yoga Hip Openers & Backbend Poses

Service Description

Join us for a yoga workshop to focus on hip-opening poses and yoga backbends. We'll dive deep into the anatomy of these pose families to create powerful, transformative practices for healing and wellness. Through our understanding of anatomy, we can explore techniques for safe practice including modifications and use of props, while maintaining alignment and pose efficacy. Participants will learn through demonstration, group practice, and discussion. Wear comfortable clothes for yoga asana practice, and bring water and your yoga mat (we can lend one of our studio's mats should anyone need one.) This class is intended for people who have some experience practicing yoga and want to feel more empowered on the mat.
