The name Kula is a Sanskrit word meaning, "community of the heart".
All studios feature our signature barre class, Kula Barre Method. This empowering and energizing workout has proven to create long, lean, powerful muscles. Classes include hand weights, yoga straps, therapeutic exercise balls, and of course the Barre! No two classes are alike. This prevents muscles from adapting, giving you quicker results!
Students are often attracted to the Yoga Trapeze for fun, spinal traction and passive backbends, but very quickly they learn that the functional pulling and grip strength offered pairs with a mat-based yoga practice to create a full-body fitness routine.
