YOGA

There's a Yoga class for all levels and abilities at Kula. Vinyasa Flow, Gentle & Meditative, Beginner's Yoga, Blissful Flow, Chair Yoga and Kids' Yoga. Our mission is to be welcoming, genuine and inclusive for all.

The name Kula is a Sanskrit word meaning, "community of the heart".  

BARRE

All studios feature our signature barre class, Kula Barre Method. This empowering and energizing workout has proven to create long, lean, powerful muscles. Classes include hand weights, yoga straps, therapeutic exercise balls, and of course the Barre! No two classes are alike. This prevents muscles from adapting, giving you quicker results!

YOGA

TRAPEZE

Students are often attracted to the Yoga Trapeze for fun, spinal traction and passive backbends, but very quickly they learn that the functional pulling and grip strength offered pairs with a mat-based yoga practice to create a full-body fitness routine.

A yoga practice or fitness routine that integrates The Yoga Trapeze, even just one or two times per week, includes pulling, pushing, twists, holding, backbends, forward bends, hip opening and so much more. You can calm your mind and leave class on a cloud. Also, tone  your shoulders and increase mobility. Read on to learn about the many other benefits from Trapeze.
